KVNU’s For the People Congressman Chris Cannon Challenge!
As announced on Thursday night’s show, we have issued a challenged based upon recent posts from Cliff Lyon at OneUtah.org.
Chris Cannon is a slimey, corrupt politician. His confict of interest with his brother Joe’s lobbying firm, his indefensible defense of David Safavian, his outrageous statements- all of them are something any self respecting Republican and politician will distance themselves from.
As noted by Lyon, it appears that no state wide elected official or organization has endorsed Cannon. I have also looked and cannot find any endorsement from anyone- including Governor Huntsman, Congressman Bishop, or Senators Hatch and Bennett.
We will give a $10 gift certificat to A&W to anyone who can provide a documented endorsement of Chris Cannon after Labor Day by any state wide or state elected official or Utah based organization. Tomorrow I’m going to hit up the sales staff for more to give away for the KVNU For the People Congressman Chris Cannon Challenge!
I’m betting no one finds an endorsement, because I’m betting they don’t exist.

No, I should have specified that in the post. We mentioned on the broadcast that the NRA has endorsed Cannon, it’s on his site.
However, that’s a good effort!
