Yes, it’s a blatant rip off of City Weekly’s Best of Utah Best of the Wasatch Front. City Weekly does a wonderful job of celebrating what’s great about the Wasatch Front. On KVNU’s For the People we are starting a similar feature to celebrate and highlight what is uniquely Cache Valley.
Each Monday night we’ll take nominations in 3 categories. We’ll run online polls throughout the week and announce the winners on Friday.
Here are the categories for this weeks KVNU’s For the People Best of Cache Valley:
- Best Cache Valley accent – click here to vote
- Best Cache Valley Cheap Date – click here to vote
- Best Cache Valley sit down family restaurant for a tight budget – click here to vote
Call in with your nominations in the second half hour of tonight’s KVNU’s For the People(753-KVNU, 1-800-369-KVNU) or email us or leave your nomination comments here.

Angie\’s is by far the best family restrant. They have a variety of food that will satisfy everybody (we have picky eaters in my family) and they have a good kids menu. If you don\’t have a good kids menu, you can\’t be consdiered a family restrant! The service at Angies is also outstanding!
It used to be Kate’s kitchen…but sadly they’re gone now…I like angies
