  1. It’s official Logan City hates Tom. Be careful Tom, I guarantee someone is going to measure the length of your grass in the middle of the night and turn you in, and it wont be me. I will be busy calling the cops on old people that still have their drivers license.

  2. I’m glad to see some action taken by Logan landlords to defend their interests. I live in the Adams Park area, and I couldn’t be more pleased to see a response from the other side. ADAMS PARK REPRESENT!

ps. Tom, I loved the point you made the other day that maybe parking on the parking strip is actually a “good thing.”

  3. Jeff, you leave our senior citizens alone! ;-)

FF, the real problem with this campaign is that it’s based upon soooooo many assumptions. Assumptions like keeping the parking strips is bad, driving current residents out of “inner-Logan” will draw young families in, etc.

    Really?

And what happens when you drive all us riff-raff out of Adams Park (aka the Mayors Ghetto) and the young families DONT come?

How to landlords deal with that?

Is the city going to step in and assist when mortgage payments can’t be made because vacancies are sky high?

If landlords can’t even make mortgage payments and the Mayor’s Ghetto is full of vacant units, then you’re going to find out what real blight is.

  4. Well, I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve had Rick Rose for a landlord and I wouldn’t reccommend anyone getting involved with him. As a person he is nice, but in business he can be treacherous.
