What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving season?

I know it sounds hokey, but I am really thankful for my family. Being away from them makes me appreciate them. I have great parents, siblings, inlaws and extended family. They have to be pretty amazing and patient to put up with me!
Tom=not hokey. I too am thankful for family and miss them terribly during the holidays. I am also thankful for places that stay open during Thanksgiving and feed us inept cooks.
the list of things to be thankful for is so long – family, friends, the usual. i’m thankful for diet mountain dew. i’m thankful for my job. i’m thankful for gasoline that’s under $2/ gallon. i’m thankful for many things that i take for granted on a regular basis.
i’m thankful for the guys and gals who are in the middle east and all over the world defending our freedom, even though i wish we weren’t fighting a war.
I guess everyone is as hokey as you Tom. I am thankful for family too. I am thankful for a job that allows me to stay in Cache Valley. I am thankful for an understanding and patient wife (I know she is part of the family thing, but she deserves being called out).
Like Jess, I am thankful for our servicemen/servicewomen that willingly serve our country, and by extension, us. I don’t agree with starting the war in Iraq, but that doesn’t overshadow my appreciation for who they are.
