They've underperformed by every measure including take rates, average revenue per user, coverage (they were supposed to be ubiquitous but now they're not). I know it's fashionable to demonize capitalism and the private sector right now, but UTOPIA and iProvo are zero-for-the-millenium with regards to keeping promises and meeting expectations. I guess these folks haven’t seen how poorly UTOPIA and iProvo have done. They’ve underperformed by every measure including take rates, average revenue per user, coverage (they were supposed to be ubiquitous but now they’re not).
