This video has done a gigantic amount of damage to the Dominos brand, and in the span of about 24 hours from when the video was posted, sent Dominos corporate scrambling wondering how to deal with such an issue. We’re living in a new world these days with technology as it is and the speed of social media. How big of a fear does something like this happening to your business (or to a business that you love to use) need to be? You can look at this from several angles including business owner, employee, consumer, critic, etc…
Is there anything that a business can do to prepare for something like this happening, and better yet, what can they do (short of micromanaging employees to death every shift) to prevent this?
