25 most dangerous neighborhoods in America — Logan not on list
Harry Caines forwarded this “Most Dangerous Neighborhoods” article along. It’s a list of the 25 places you probably don’t want to go late at night in the U.S.
Not surprisingly, Logan doesn’t have a neighborhood on the list (heh.)
This does raise an interesting question, however: Are there any bad neighborhoods in Logan? Driving through town Sunday night, this question was posed, and I’m prepared to say that there definitely is not a bad neighborhood in Logan.
But perhaps you would argue differently.
What about other areas of town? How far do you have to go to get to a bad neighborhood? Ogden? Salt Lake? Boise? Las Vegas?
And what defines “bad neighborhood?” Is it, as said before, somewhere you don’t want to walk through alone at night? Do different communities have different standards for bad neighborhoods?
Discuss.

While there may not be a “bad neighborhood” in Logan, there are certainly 1 or 2 that can be characterized as “worse” (relatively speaking).

I would not walk through the apartment complex east of willow park after dark. The brand new condos/townhomes/apartments @ 500 west and 1800 north seem to get a lot of police calls as well.

Oh yes, those college kids over on 1800 N (with their loud stereos) make that neighborhood unsafe!

No redge, the gang members from west valley that attacked my employee make that neighborhood unsafe!
