According to Warchol, the Lt. Gov — who first said he may not release the ballots for an ethics reform initiative — is now agreeing that as long as there is no blatant constitutional violation in the initiative, the ballots will be released.
Also, and one of the lesser scrutinized aspects of “ethical” government, Bell requested to meet behind closed doors with UEG. UEG refused.
Kudos to UEG. These meetings should be open to the public.

Bell is very unethical in his legislative political career. Part of that can be witnessed directly right on a video on youtube. I’ll have to find it and post it (I know Lou Langholtz can). I’ll refer him here and he can tell you more on this wonderful parasitic savior of the people. He and others tracked Bell’s weird anti-constitution activities in the legislature closer overall than I did.
I can tell you from personal experience, in the bills he supported in the Utah legislature (along with many other legislators including Cache County’s Lyle Hillyard and Scott Wyatt) he had no concern for fairness or “we the people” in supporting toxic legislation.
The particular types of bills many of us tracked with Bell, and these others, were what some refer to as LADY-KILLER bills.
What is a LADY-KILLER bill? Lady Killer bills are various types of parasitic and often sensational hysteria bills that lead to legislating, condoning and sometimes funding the abuse of men (ussually fathers) and their children, continuously and non stop. That abuse doesn’t end. These bills take away habeas corpus, bankrupt fathers, enslave them, abuse them in many ways, etc., to the point that they may see no way out, the abuse can and will never end…
And, nobody will help these abused fathers either, esp not our wonderful domestic violence establishment folks, who, well, actually sickly help abuse these fathers too, even when they are already being maligned and abused non-stop by their estranged wives and by others (politicians, etc…). Very sadly though, but not too surprisingly either, this leads to many “divorce murders” each year in Utah and also a whole lot more across the nation.
Those driving these murders are the most vocal though, saying – “Oh, we must stop all the bad men committing these murders (which we love, condone, orchestrate and drive)!” Surprisingly though, maybe only one in 1000 fathers attacked, maligned and abused non-stop like this retaliate by murdering their estranged wife. Premeditated? Yes, but by our DV establishment and politicians who get off scott free to continue this lady-killing spree, and look darned good doing it, pointing at their own vitims as the culprits. It works, doesn’t it?.
Let me just give you a specific case in point to illustrate more clearly what happens on this issue here in Utah and elsewhere, and who supports it. Many of us had some heated debates with these folks in the legislature a couple of years ago. Others, and myself specifically, told these people that their anti-father bills which are supporting their lawyer friends and their friends in the domestic violence (DV) industry had already destroyed habeas corpus and continued to trample human rights and equality, thus encouraging and helping orchestrate and drive these “lady-killer” divorce murders. I was attacked by Bell’s close associate, Rep Lorie Fowlke (D – Orem) for pointing out the fact that their activity was destroying human rights, fueling and condoning abuse, thus directly driving/orchestrating these murders of women.
The reasons I use this case for example are two fold. First, I have the debate emails proving what I’m saying, including myself warning them, and Fowlke attacking me wrongly and additionally making false allegations against me as her only defense on behalf of herself, Bell, Wyatt, Hillyard, and others’ unethical behaviors as legislators. And here are the very sad and tragic results: Fowlke’s (an attorney – surprise!) own divorce client was shot in the back 14 times in a Lehi church parking lot in front of church goers 10 months later, just for this reason. Fowlke actually admitted in the Deseret News that they had pushed her client’s estranged husband way too far but didn’t think he would ever resort to murdering her for that (bankrupting him, kidnapping his kids, abusing him…). Why would she NOT think she (Fowlke) could drive him to that? Others and I told her exactly what would happen just 10 months earlier and she exploded over hearing the truth which she then carried out.
Happy Domestic Violence Industry Awareness Month everyone. Now you know just a little about what those protecting and saving women and children are really up to. Wolves in sheep’s clothing – gee, thanks for all your diligent “service.”
A lot of men and women pled with gov Huntsman to not support the vicious bills passed by these political hooligans. Yet fellow hooligan Huntsman (close to fellow hooligans Shurtleff and Hatch) proudly signed all bills passed by our fine upstanding legislature that year. He refused to veto any of them. Wow, how ethical – no vetoes, of any bill for anything??? They must all be good bills (430 I think)? Never. There you go, political correctness in Utah in a nutshell. Anything goes, and anything can be profited from and made to look wonderful, even rape and pillage of the village.

Greg Bell is far from ethical. He lives and acts only in his own little world.
Last Summer when Legislative managers and leadership was meeting, they admonished him to resolve the conflicts of the divorce laws and to enact laws to resolve the dispairity of justice in Utah’s Divorce laws & system.
Instead of resolving anything that needed to be fixed, he just acted on his own and his crownies wishes to increase Child Support twice.
Also, Bell said to me personally, and many others that he would never consider equal custody to be presumed, because anything to equalize custody for Fathers will take away money from women.
Additionally, Bell’s rational for increasing Child Support as he told me himself personally, was “we need to raise child support because there are so many people that do not pay it” Thinking raising child support on those that do pay it will put more money in the cofferes to pay to other women that do not get child support.
However, the data and all the facts shown Bell showed that increasing child visitation would do more for the increase payment of child support by thios not paying such, because those fathers wanted time with their children.
Bell denies Fathers the Constitutional Right of all persons are innocent until proven guilty. Bell acts that all men are guilty and can never be innocent if their ex wife does not want them to be innocent. Bell is a real feminist, an unethical in all respects.
hill hammer, I know you spend a lot of time on “Capital” Hill holding the feet of pretentious crooks to the fire, and I thank you for that. Don’t forget that Bell and so many others, including our own Cache Valley darlings (Wyatt and Hillyard), above all do not want to equalize child custody (best for kids – documented by 200 studies – Farrell, Father and Child Reunion) since what’s in the best interest of the children is not in their own best interest in any way. It would seriously cut into their parasitic on-the-side industry. Doing what’s right would seriously drop the amount of matching federal funds comming to states for collecting child support. In other words, our legislators and the DV/Divorce establishment are a pure industry (ever seen the British film, “Evelin?”). The domestic violence/divorce industry is not in any way about the best interest of children as both claim to keep afloat and thrive on your dollars. They just try to make it look helpful and legit while raping and pillaging the the village (I hope all have read the Declaration of Independence lately – go read it).
They create sole custody by moms (worst of all options for kids -documented by 200 studies) to fuel their own and their friends’ industry and to get more federal matching funds into all the state budgets. This costs the states far, far more than the funds from the fed brought in from this criminal activity. This idiotic justification for trying their hardest to break up more families and prohibiting equal custody creates more costly problems, crime and all kinds of problems for so many fatherless kids and all those around them. Teachers have to deal with the extra problems created by this too, as do the kids around them. Not just our jails, but also our gangs are stocked and overstocked mostly by these fatherless children while attorneys like Bell, Fowlke, Wyatt, Hillyard, others and all their buddies benefit from these profitable and conflict of interest destruction and greed antics.
Welcome to Domestic Violence Awareness Month (integrally tied in here) where abuse and rape of the village and those who promote it and carry it out are praised to the highest.
