Sutherland’s Blogger Briefing: Civility in Politics (Video)
Tuesday, Sutherland Institute hosted a blogger briefing for Utah bloggers with the theme “Civility in Politics: Where do we draw the line?” Former Democratic Party Vice-Chair Rob Miller, and Utah Republican Party Chairman Dave Hansen spoke. I was disappointed I couldn’t attend, because civility (or specifically situations where civility and truth end up on opposite sides) is a question I’ve had in my mind a lot as I watch our national politics evolving this way and that.

I’m very impressed. I had no idea that Rob Miller was so eloquent. And i thought his honesty was refreshing. Through his communication of his experience I get that I need to be more conscious of who I choose to be.
I can’t wait to see Dave Hansen’s video. He looks like Scott Matheson so he must be a pretty great guy.
