First offenders make up the majority of the camps that he’s famous for. Inmates stay in tents in the open desert with no air conditioning, their food is nutritious but gross, and their underwear and handcuffs are pink. Nothing dangerous, but definitely enough to make you miserable.
The trouble is, drug possession cases and the like end up out there, too.
I am disgusted by the Patriot Act extentions. Democrats stirred up alot of shit over the Patriot Act(s) to score points. And now when they have their turn, there is no backbone in sight.
