Yesterday we heard from The Sutherland Institute, who criticized the nondiscrimination ordinances passed in Salt Lake City (now being considered in other Utah cities / counties), and the surprising report that the LDS Church endorsed the measures as “fair and reasonable.” Today we’ll hear from Brandie Balkin, Executive Director of Equality Utah on what the ordinances mean for Salt Lake’s gay community and the future of gay rights throughout the state. (Can anyone say Legislative Cage Match 2010?!)
In hour two, we’ll discuss another ordinance that effects us all: Winter parking.
Also, we’ll talk Free Masons. Yes, Free Masons.
Your calls are welcome.
