D-News reports that the NCAA has barred BYU online credits for high school athletes. Is this appropriate, or a sign of the NCAA falling behind the times in accredited education requirements?
And Monday the ACLU announced via press conference that they will launch a suit against the state (AG, Lt. Gov) for ruling against e-signatures as a means for a candidate getting on the Utah ballot. This stems from gubernatorial candidate Farley Anderson, who was blocked from the ballot after collecting the necessary number of signatures, but collecting them online.
