Tonight:
Former Governor Jon Huntsman Jr. is running for President (SHHHHH! Not supposed to know until tomorrow) and has let the cat out of the back with a series of motorcycle themed campaign ads. The Utah State Democratic Party joined in the fun this morning. What does Utah think of the Huntsman run?
Cleverbot. Japan’s super-computer. Google’s floating barges. This all ads up to the mechanized enslavement of the human race. And we’ll love every minute of it.
Saturday, at the Utah Republican Party state convention, delegates (at least the 30% who stuck around for the last on the agenda vote) voted to repeal HB116, Utah’s guest worker program, lauded by lawmakers as Utah taking the lead on humane immigration reform. It was a circus. We’ll play some clips from the convention floor, and ponder the mental breakdown of the UT GOP.
Cable news: still sucks.
