A University of Maryland Study found that people with the most exposure to Fox News were more likely to believe falsehoods, compared to those who watch more of other cable news outlets. Considering Fox’s ratings, this amounts to a lot of people (really, a lot!) stumbling around completely full of it, looking for a voting lever to pull.
Cache Valley Tea Party activists want to see spending cut on the local level too. So what, exactly, should we cut, Tea Party? Seriously, if the spending is the only problem, let’s get on cutting it. But how and what? Be specific please.
We didn’t get a chance to poke fun at Sen. Howard Stephenson’s Utah Taxpayers Association yesterday, so we’ll make a second attempt at a discussion over their “Grading Public Schools” recommendations, and what happens when an organization likes this eats it’s own credibility.
Senators Hatch and Bennett seem to be on opposite sides of every issue in the lameduck. Orrin is scrambling to not meet the same fate as Bennett in 2012, and Bennett has only a few days left and nothing to lose. So which Senator is showing real leadership?
